Inside Sales Team Lead Role

Inside Sales Team Lead to manage our Sales Operations unit. This critical leadership role is focused on protecting the company's core revenue stream by driving team renewal retention and ensuring flawless operational excellence. You will be responsible for mentoring a team of specialists, managing the entire corporate renewal process, and upholding CRM data integrity to support the wider sales organization.

• Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team. Monitor daily activity levels (calls/quotes) to ensure high productivity and service standards. 

• Pipeline Management: Oversee the renewal pipeline and produce weekly reports for the Sales Director. Analyze trends to identify at-risk accounts early. 

• Escalation Management: Step in to handle complex negotiations, difficult customer issues, or partner conflicts that junior staff cannot resolve. 

• Process Optimization: Enforce strict renewal lifecycles and "Safety Net" protocols to ensure no customer contract expires without a touchpoint. 

• Data Hygiene & Quality: Conduct regular audits of Microsoft Dynamics 365 data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards. 

• Experience: 5+ Years in Sales Admin, Inside Sales, or Customer Service Management. 

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a team, set goals, and drive performance. 

• Tech: Expert proficiency in CRM software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) and Excel. 

• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure.
