Inside Sales Executive is responsible for managing corporate customer renewals and supporting sales teams with quotations and sales documentation. The role ensures licenses are renewed on time, customer accounts remain active, and sales operations run smoothly.
This position works closely with partners, customers, and internal sales teams to prevent service disruption, handle inbound corporate inquiries, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. It is a fully office-based role that requires speed, accuracy, and strong follow-up discipline.

Proactive Planning: Monitor expiring corporate licenses well in advance. Coordinate with Partners to generate and send renewal quotes to ensure continuous protection.

Churn Prevention: Monitor the renewal status closely. Collaborate with Partners to close deals on time, or provide direct assistance to customers if needed to prevent service disruption.

Target: Achieve the Team Renewal Retention Goal.

Sales Enablement: Prepare complex quotations and bid documents for the Direct Hunter and Enterprise teams, allowing them to focus on client visits.

Speed & Accuracy: Maintain a fast turnaround time for all internal quote requests to ensure competitive advantage.

Inbound Lead Handling: Qualify corporate leads that contact the office. Handle small inquiries directly or route larger opportunities to the appropriate Sales Executive.

CRM Hygiene: Maintain accurate customer contact details and status updates in the CRM system.
- Experience: 1-2 Years in Sales Admin, Inside Sales, or Customer Service (Fresh graduates with good Excel skills are welcome).
- Skills: High attention to detail (Zero errors on quotes). Fast computer skills.
- Tech: Proficient in Excel and CRM software.
- Personality: Organized, patient, service-minded, and persistent in following up.
