Government Sales Manager Role

Government Sales Manager to lead our Public Sector Unit. In this strategic role, you will command a specialized team to unlock Thailand's government budget for ESET cybersecurity solutions. Your primary goal is to move beyond simple bidding and proactively Shape the Market by working upstream with Ministries and State Enterprises to define technical specifications long before the budget cycle begins.

• Market Shaping: Develop the strategic roadmap for major Ministries and State Enterprises. Work 6-12 months ahead of fiscal budget releases to ensure our solutions are positioned in the Terms of Reference (TOR). 

• Strategic Alliances: Build and maintain exclusive partnerships with Tier 1 Government System Integrators (Super SIs) who hold master contracts. You manage the strategic alignment; they manage the fulfillment. 

• Fiscal Planning: Map the government budget cycle (Oct-Sept) to ensure our projects are funded and prioritized in the correct fiscal year. 

• Manage the Unit: Lead a team of Sales Executives and Bid Support specialists. 

• Delegate & Conquer: Assign departmental projects to your team while you personally handle multi-million baht "Megaprojects." 

• Quality Control: Oversee the bid submission process to ensure 100% compliance and zero error tolerance in e-Bidding 

• Protect the Base: You are responsible for defending our Strategic Renewal Portfolio. Proactively manage re-bids and extensions to prevent competitor entry and ensure long-term revenue retention. 

• Experience: 7+ Years in Government IT Sales (Software/Cybersecurity preferred). 

• Knowledge: Expert in Thai Government Procurement Law (e-Bidding, Specific Method, e-GP) and Budgeting processes. 

• Network: Strong existing relationships with Key Government SIs and Ministry IT Directors. 

• Leadership: Proven ability to manage a sales team and complex project pipelines.
