Network-driven Enterprise Sales Manager to lead our Strategic Accounts Unit. In this "Player-Coach" role, you will be responsible for commanding a revenue engine by leading your sales team to exceed their targets while personally managing critical C-level relationships across Thailand.
- Manage the Number: You own the Team Target. Your primary job is to ensure your team hits their individual quotas through effective coaching, mentorship, and rigorous pipeline management.

Hands-On Field Coaching: Spend at least 50% of your time in the field with your team—conducting joint visits and coaching them on sales pitches, complex negotiation, and closing strategies.

Pipeline & Forecast Discipline: Conduct weekly 1-on-1s to scrub the sales pipeline, ensuring uncompromising forecast accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Executive Relationship Ownership: Personally own and cultivate the C-Level relationships (CIO/CISO) for the most critical Strategic Named Accounts in Banking, Energy, and Telecommunications.

Strategic Deal Intervention: Step in as the lead negotiator to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals when your team faces roadblocks or requires senior authority.

Proactive Account Defense: Proactively manage all strategic renewals to prevent competitor entry and ensure long-term account retention and growth.

Talent Architecture: You are responsible for the full talent lifecycle of your unit, including identifying and recruiting new A-players and managing performance improvement plans (PIP) to maintain high standards.

Conflict Resolution: Act as the senior "Conflict Guard," resolving territory disputes and ensuring adherence to the Rules of Engagement between your team and other sales units.

Experience: A minimum of 7-10 Years of high-performance experience in Enterprise IT Sales, preferably in Software or Cybersecurity.

Proven Track Record: A demonstrable history of personally closing large-scale, multi-million Baht enterprise projects.

An Active, High-Level Network: You must have strong, existing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, or IT Directors within the Banking, Telecommunications, or Energy sectors in Thailand.

Core Skills: You must be an expert in Leadership, Sales Coaching, Strategic Account Planning, and have professional English proficiency.
