Enterprise Account Executive to join our elite Enterprise Team, focused on managing Thailand’s most strategic corporate accounts in Banking, Telco, and Energy. This unique position is a Growth and Mentorship Role, designed for a high-potential salesperson to learn complex deal-making by working directly under a Senior Team Lead. The successful candidate will support major strategic deals while simultaneously building and managing their own portfolio of corporate accounts. 

  • The "Detective": Research Strategic Accounts to identify key decision-makers (CIO, CISO, IT Mgr) and organizational structures. 

  • Appointment Setting: Your primary goal is to secure meetings for yourself and your Team Lead. You open the door; the Team Lead helps you close. 

  • Cross-Selling: Call existing large clients to find new departments, subsidiaries, or projects that are not using ESET yet. 

  • Proposal Prep: Work with Presales and Inside Sales to prepare complex tender documents and presentations for C-Level executives. 

  • POC Coordination: Manage the "Proof of Concept" process—ensuring the technical team installs the trial on time and the customer is happy. 

  • Revenue Target: You carry an achievable individual annual revenue target designed for growth. 

  • Focus: Identifying and closing divisional deals and mid-market opportunities within large Enterprise accounts. 

  • Experience: 2-4 Years in B2B Sales (IT/Software/Solution Selling preferred). 
  • Personality: Polished and professional. You must be comfortable wearing a suit and walking into a Bank HQ. 
  • Skill: Good English communication (Reading/Writing) is mandatory for Enterprise clients. 
  • Mindset: "Sponge." You are eager to learn complex solution selling from a senior mentor.

    • A stable monthly salary of 30,000+ THB.
