E-Commerce & Digital Admin to act as the "Voice of our Brand" online. In this fast-paced, customer-facing role, you will be responsible for managing our online stores (Website, Shopee, Lazada) and chat channels, ensuring every customer receives a rapid response and every order is processed instantly.

  • Monitor Channels: Actively manage our official chat channels (Line OA, Facebook Messenger, Website Chat) during business hours.
  • Meet Our SLA: Respond to all customer inquiries within our strict 15-minute Service Level Agreement (SLA). Speed is critical to winning online sales.

  • Close B2C Sales: Assist home users (1-5 licenses) by answering their questions, helping them choose the right product, and guiding them through the online checkout process.

  • Payment Verification: Verify online payments (Credit Card/QR) and promptly issue Tax Invoices or E-Tax receipts.

  • Instant Delivery: Send license keys to customers via email or Line immediately after payment is confirmed.

  • Basic Troubleshooting: Provide first-line assistance to customers who have trouble installing or activating their license keys.

  • Platform Maintenance: Update product prices, upload new banners, and manage promotional campaigns across our official Website, Shopee, and Lazada stores.

  • Digital Stock Management: Ensure our digital products are never listed as "Out of Stock."

  • Review Management: Monitor and professionally reply to all customer reviews on our marketplace stores.

  • Apply the "Big Deal" Rule: When a corporate customer inquires about more than 20 licenses or requires special credit terms, you must not sell to them online.

  • Pass High-Value Leads: Immediately pass these qualified leads to the Direct Sales team via our CRM system.

  • Experience: 1-2 years in a relevant role such as Admin, E-Commerce, or Customer Service.
  • Skills: Fast typing speed and excellent Thai writing skills (polite, professional, and clear). Basic English is required for system use.

  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopee/Lazada Seller Center, WooCommerce, or Line OA Manager is a significant advantage.

  • Personality: You must be service-minded, patient, highly responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
