Sales Executive responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and providing cybersecurity solutions to Enterprise and SMB customers. The role focuses on solution selling, ensuring customers receive real value from ESET products.

  • Analyze market and customer needs to identify pain points and offer tailored solutions.
  • Focus on helping customers solve problems rather than just selling products.
  • Generate new business opportunities through Cold Calling and leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle -from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to expand the customer base through events and roadshows.
  • Deliver insightful and engaging presentations to customers.
  • Identify key points, analyze customer needs, and communicate effectively, in conversation and writing.
  • Use CRM tools to track customer data and manage sales opportunities efficiently.
  • Plan and manage sales timelines to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Understand the ESET products to provide professional advice.
  • Quickly learn new technologies and products through training, certifications, and hands-on experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT security, or software solutions.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working under targets.
  • Experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales strategies.
  • Quick learner with the ability to simplify technical concepts for customers.
