Channel Sales Executive to manage and expand our nationwide network of IT resellers. This is a high-mobility, field-based role where you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 50+ partners, enabling their success.

Portfolio Management: Take full ownership of relationships with 50+ SME Resellers and local IT solution providers. Act as their primary business consultant, helping them grow their sales with ESET.

Partner Enablement: Ensure your partners are fully equipped to sell effectively. This includes providing them with the necessary digital tools, product knowledge, and day-to-day support to succeed.

Partner Recruitment: Travel to key provinces upcountry (approximately 1 week per month) to identify, recruit, and onboard new high-potential IT solution providers into our reseller program.

First-Line Support: Act as the trusted first point of contact to maintain partner loyalty. You will process orders, handle price inquiries, and be responsible for resolving license activation or basic technical support issues for your partners.

Field Training: Visit partner offices to conduct hands-on training, teaching their sales staff how to confidently position ESET products and win against competitors.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in IT Sales, Distribution, or B2B Channel Management.

Skills: A natural relationship-builder with strong organizational skills to manage a large and diverse partner portfolio.

Mobility (Non-Negotiable): You must have a personal car and a valid driver's license. This role requires frequent and extensive travel, especially to upcountry provinces.
