Channel Sales Manager take command of our most critical portfolio: the Top-Tier National System Integrators. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep, existing C-level and director-level relationships within major Thai SIs to drive aggressive revenue growth through strategic business planning and high-level negotiation.

  • Executive Relationship Ownership: Build, own, and nurture deep, C-level and director-level relationships with key decision-makers (Product GMs, Sales Directors, Presales Heads) at Top-Tier National SIs.

  • Joint Business Planning: Conduct high-level Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to architect joint business plans, set aggressive growth targets, and define powerful rebate and marketing strategies.

  • Active Pipeline Pressure: You will be in the field, actively meeting with Partner Sales Teams on a weekly basis to review their pipeline, identify blockers, and drive deals to closure.

  • Drive the Revenue Number: Take full responsibility for a high-volume revenue portfolio with aggressive, non-negotiable year-over-year growth targets.

  • Win Partner Mindshare: Ensure Partner Sales reps think of "ESET" first. Design and execute high-impact enablement activities such as internal sales training, "Floor Days," and SPIFF campaigns directly within the partner's office.

  • Master-Level Deal Strategy: Act as the lead strategist, assisting partners in structuring complex, multi-million baht deals (pricing, specifications, POV) to decisively win against key competitors.

  • Act as the "Conflict Guard": Serve as the final authority and "Referee" for our Deal Registration system, protecting your partners' qualified leads from any channel conflict.

  • Maintain Forecast Accuracy: Own and maintain a highly accurate 3-month rolling sales forecast within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

  • Experience: 7-10+ Years in IT Distribution or Vendor Sales (Software/Cybersecurity preferred). 
  • The Network: You MUST have existing, active relationships with key personnel at Major Thai SIs. We expect you to pick up the phone and get a meeting in Week 1. 
  • The Mindset: You are a "Strategic Farmer." You nurture relationships, but you aggressively hunt for growth within the account. 
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, ability to calculate complex margins/rebates, and professional presentation skills.

    • A stable monthly salary of 60,000+ THB.
